I bought my Nike Air Max in October but after 3 months, the lace holder on the tongue of the shoe broke. Without question, Champs customer service ordered me a new pair and issued a credit for the defective pair when they received them back from me. No doubt a great place to shop, worry free!!!

Love the shoes but the shipping took forever!! And I was unable to use more than one promo code on the site when I ordered my shoes which was a real bummer and the box was practically torn to shreds when arrived shipped in what resembled a trash bag, luckily the shoes weren't harmed!!
